Honda Motors will shut down its plant in Swindon England due in part to uncertainties around Brexit. South Korea wants to increase economic activities with the North and reconnect road and railway links. Australia has declared a rodent the first mammal made extinct by climate change. Putin gave an annual address to parliament, showing willingness to strengthen ties with Japan and other Asian nations. but accused the US of trying to gain global domination using the military.        From GERMANY- The Iranian foreign minister, along with European leaders, took issue with the US calls to abandon the nuclear deal with Iran. Germany is phasing out nuclear power but is having problems with huge amounts of radioactive waste.        From RUSSIA- On his program called Going Underground, Afshin Rattansi Vannessa Beeley about the French police attacks on Yellow Vest protestors. Many demonstrators have received serious injuries from rubber bullets while being trapped in areas saturated with a potent tear gas, prohibited in war as a chemical weapon.        From CUBA- This Sunday Cubans will vote on a new constitution. Cuban President Diaz-Canel insisted that those planning to invade Venezuela keep their hands off the South American nation. Venezuelan troops will remain along the borders to prevent any territorial violations. Venezuela says that direct losses to the country from US sanctions are estimated at $38 billion. Venezuelan President Maduro has said he is willing to establish an open dialogue with the opposition.
