From CUBA- This Sunday Cubans will vote on a new constitution. Cuban President Diaz-Canel insisted that those planning to invade Venezuela keep their hands off the South American nation. Venezuelan troops will remain along the borders to prevent any territorial violations. Venezuela says that direct losses to the country from US sanctions are estimated at $38 billion. Venezuelan President Maduro has said he is willing to establish an open dialogue with the opposition.
