Contaminated soil from the Fukushima disaster 8 years ago remains stored at more than 100,000 locations near homes in the prefecture. The US and South Korea are holding smaller scale war games this year. The US military has flown a B-52 bomber over the South China Sea near Chinese controlled islands. The CFO of Huawei technology is suing the Canadian government for detention and arrest under US direction.        From GERMANY- Huawei is suing the US for limiting its access to the American market and for stealing its technology. North Korea disputes Trump’s claim that Kim wanted all sanctions removed to negotiate- they say the only ones requested were those that affect the common people. Italy has opened applications for guaranteed income, and the top EU court has ruled that details of all studies on the safety of the herbicide glyphosate must be made public.        From CUBA- Cuban President Diaz-Canel rejected the continuation of the US Helms-Burton Act which is a 1996 embargo against Cuba. Ecuadorian President Moreno laid off 10,000 public workers and other austerity measures as required to get a loan from the IMF. In Honduras, 3 years after the assassination of environmental activist Berta Caceres, government and developers are being charged with fraud in the construction of the dam that Berta tried to stop. Cubans want the international media to cover the dangers of foreign military bases around the world. Venezuelan politician Freddy Bernal says that Colombia and the US are planning a new false flag operation along the border with Venezuela.        From RUSSIA- Afshin Rattansi interviewed retired Colonel Larry Wilkerson, former chief of staff for Colin Powell. They discuss the UN decision that Israeli attacks on Palestinian protestors last year may be crimes against humanity.
