Code Pink launches "Cut the Pentagon" campaign at White House rally

On the 12th of September, Code Pink launched the "Cut the Pentagon: campaign to redirect money away from the Pentagon and to other priorities. They held a rally in Lafayette Sq with a cake symbolizing both the Pentagon and the budget, which was literally cut and served out to participants.
This was followed by a march out to McPherson Square, this clearing out of the White House area before the extreme-right activists from the "let us worship" event which had reassembled at the Lincoln Memorial could march to the White House.
