On the evening of September 13, protesters descended on the home of US Supreme Court "Justice" Kavanaugh. The protesters were infuriated by the Supreme Court's decision to uphold the Texas ban on abortion after 6 weeks and demanded that Kavanaugh resign from the Supreme Court.

On the 12th of September, Code Pink launched the "Cut the Pentagon: campaign to redirect money away from the Pentagon and to other priorities. They held a rally in Lafayette Sq with a cake symbolizing both the Pentagon and the budget, which was literally cut and served out to participants.
