On the 29th of January, the daily #SwarmtheSenate protests for removal of Donald Trump from office continued, with civil disobedience on the Capitol steps and 40 people arrested. A key demand was that witnesses be called to testify, as trials are supposed to have witnesses and evidence.

Donald Trump spoke at their rally, MAGA hats appeared in the parade(though not all that densely), and flat-out fascists marched in the parade. Counterdemonstrators condemned their hypocrisy in front of the Supreme Court
